Through his request for the Cuomo Enabling Act (3-3-20), Cuomo vitiated the state legislature.

Cuomo asked for dictatorial powers and abused them.

By this action, Cuomo is a domestic enemy...as are those who voted for it.

THE AUTHORITY AND POWERS OF DOMESTIC ENEMIES ARE VOID.

Cuomo's powers are void NOW.

Cuomo is an ILLEGAL GOVERNOR.

WHAT ARE NEW YORKERS GOING TO DO ABOUT DICTATOR CUOMO?

Are we going to take it in the ass? Or are we going to take ACTION?

NYS LAW tells us that the people are free to exercise the powers of government to remove him.

The people do not have to wait for his CO-CONSPIRATORS in the State Legislature, the State Police, the Attorney General's office or the various Sheriffs and prosecutors to get their ass in gear to make an arrest. These domestic enemies and co-conspirators have had more than a year to take action.

HOW DO WE USE THIS LAW?

We may USE THE POWERS OF GOVERNMENT to issue warrants with FORCE OF LAW to arrest and remove of DOMESTIC ENEMIES.

We ALWAYS have more power than the government.

That is the biggest lesson to learn.

WARRANTS that conform to the Fourth Amendment have FORCE OF LAW EQUAL TO THAT OF ANY JUDGE.

We may execute those warrants to attain his arrest, as long as, such warrants conform to the Fourth Amendment.

Probable cause is an ABSOLUTE DEFENSE to False Arrest.

There is no conflict between the people arresting Andrew Cuomo, and the police protecting the person of Andrew Cuomo.

The police must be trained to coordinate with the people to make a PEACEFUL LAWFUL ARREST.

However, if the police fail to inform themselves of the law and fail to accept the warrant, we may arrest the police for their safety and ours, as a matter of public safety. A police officer under arrest has no police powers and has been legally neutralized.

This is how you lawfully get rid of asshole dictators and any fool who protects them over upholding the law.

POSSE OF THE PEOPLE WARRANT

DO WE NEED A NYS BOARD OF TRUSTEES?

What we need to organize is a POSSE OF THE PEOPLE to make the LAWFUL ARREST of Andrew Cuomo and restore the law to the people of New York.

That is what I am organizing under the banner of the NYS Board of Trustees. By this new institution, we can pay people to assist in the arrest, and properly and formally duel with the ruling scum by use of legal tools backed up by the strength of outraged people.

Under free speech, we don't have to have our facts checked to speak. We speak. This company has refused four press releases from me this year, demonstrating that we do not have free speech. The RULING SCUM is using the fact-check SCAM to suppress facts and the distribution of political opinion on matters of public interest. We are really in a dictatorship.

The NYS health department reported resulting covid fatalities from Cuomo's order to force nursing homes to accept covid patients. Only a jury can determine legal responsibility, but we have probable cause for arrest on CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE.

As an indication of guilt, Howie Zucker has personal criminal liability and has revised his July 6th report to claim that covid was already in nursing homes. To indicate a coverup, the same Howie Zucker has removed the original order to commit negligence from the state website.

That well may be, however, the patients ordered into nursing homes who were exposed were not allowed to be identified or isolated from the rest of the population, as the patients who were known to have covid prior to the order and who were likely isolated from the rest of the population. The issue of negligence stands. Namely, regardless of the presence of covid in nursing homes prior to the order, the order itself was negligent and a contributing factor to the introduction of an uncontrolled spread of covid by government edict.
